As a fine art photographer, Chris has risen to the challenge of trying to do justice to Pbu's culinary masterclass, in photographing each and every dish. Here you will find the dishes as they are photographed.

Chris decided that, in order to keep true to life, that he would photograph each dish as prepared for real, while on it's way to the guests' tables in widely acclaimed, the best restaurant on Koh Tao.
