At The Gallery Restaurant we offer a unique dining experience like no other. Trust the Chef. is just that, no menu, no decisions, just sit back and enjoy the journey as we guide you through each of around 10 courses of traditional, authentic Thai cuisine, much of which has been largely forgotten in modern Thai culture.

We only offer one sitting each night, for which reservations are absolutely essential, at least one full day in advance.

We do not offer delivery or takeaway and there is no a la carte option.
